RMM Installation Guide for Mac
Step 1
When you click download, you will see the following pop-up. Select Allow

The file will be downloaded and saved to your Downloads Folder. Double click the named folder to view the contents
STEP 3
Double click Install.pkg to launch the installation
STEP 4
Click Continue to begin the installation

Click Install
step 6
Enter your administrative username and password & click Install Software
Step 7
Click OK to all access
Step 8
Select Open System Preferences
Step 9
The Security & Privacy Window will open
Click the padlock to make changes
Enable the checkmark for MSP Anywhere Agent TakeControl
Step 10
Enter your administrative credentials
Step 11
Select Quit & Reopen
Step 12
Ensure Full Disk Access is selected in the left pane
Next, enable the checkmark for EndpointSecurityforMac, BDLDaemon & rmmagentd
Finally, scroll down to the Accessibility section and enable the checkmark for MSP Anywhere TakeControl
